R J Fillingham Associates Ltd is a small privately owned civil engineering
consultancy specialising in the flood risk and drainage sector.
The
consultancy was founded by Managing Director Richard Fillingham in January
2010 and is dedicated to delivering commercially driven flood risk and
drainage solutions to private developers within the
With 23 years overall experience in the industry, within the public and
private sector, Richard has a comprehensive drainage design background.
This, allied with significant practical site experience, has proved
invaluable when agreeing commercially driven flood risk and drainage
solutions with the Environment Agency, Water Companies, Internal Drainage
Boards and other relevant authorities. Richard has demonstrated considerable
success in the flood risk sector since the introduction of PPG25 in 2001,
and subsequently PPS25 in 2006, resulting in a strong track record of repeat
business.
